Owner option. Every call handler has an owner and a message recipient. These can be either a specific subscriber or a public distribution list. You can dictate that all listed call handlers be owned by a specific subscriber or distribution list here by selecting a radio button and hitting the corresponding “browse” to select an object in the resulting dialog box. The display name of the selected subscriber/distribution list will appear in the edit box to the right of the radio button.
Change switch assignment to. In a dual-switch integration you can select the phone system in this drop down that all selected call handlers will be assigned to. This setting changes which switch Unity assumes it needs to use when transferring calls.
Change default language to. You can select the language that Unity uses when playing the system-supplied greeting and system prompts to outside callers when they hit these call handlers. The system-supplied greeting is heard by callers when the call handler has no recorded greeting. Select "Inherited" to use the language currently associated with the call. Only languages currently installed and active on Unity will be offered here.
Change Handler Schedule to. You can force the selected handlers to be associated with a specific schedule configured on the local Unity server. This effects which greeting and/or transfer rule triggers for the call handler based on the time of day (i.e. if the Standard or the Off Hours greeting/transfer rule is used).
