Localized Unity Documents Localized administration and user guides in French, German and Arabic.
Unity 3.1(5) PerfMon counters This a simple text file that contains all the Perfmon counters that our CPR folks recommend monitoring when watching for a problem on a Unity 3.1(5) box - it includes not only Unity counters but total memory, SQL stuff etc... 
Unity 4.0(x) PerfMon counters This a simple text file that contains all the Perfmon counters that our CPR folks recommend monitoring when watching for a problem on a Unity 4.1(x) box - it includes not only Unity counters but total memory, SQL stuff etc... This is the same set of counters used by the CUPID monitoring tool available on the 4.x tools page.
Alternative Directory Handler Prompts

Everyone seems to want a slightly different variation on the prompts callers hear when they're searching for users by name using the Unity directory handler.  George was nice enough to record numerous alternatives which you can download and apply to your system
Unity Architecture Overview

This document is updated for the 4.0(3) release of Unity, however it applies broadly to versions of Unity back to 3.1(1) - where there are differences the document notes it.

It's a detailed document that covers the architecture of Unity and includes a couple of detailed walk throughs of how calls are handled, message waiting lights activated, how Unity interacts with the directory and how access via the web takes place.  It includes diagnostic trace output information for several components as well.

Audiotext Applications in Unity

This is a detailed run through on the Unity audio text functionality that covers the audio text capabilities found in Unity 4.0(1) (with much of it still relevant to 3.x versions) and includes a number of basic to advanced example scenarios that can be solved in Unity.  You'll find a few things in here that are not documented at all (i.e. the ability to insert variables into dial strings) and some "under the covers" explanations of why things are they way they are.

Unity Data Object Model

An overview of all the objects in the Unity data object model, how they link together and where their information is stored in SQL and on the local hard drive.  This is a section from a chapter on the forthcoming book on Unity 4.x mentioned above.

Administering Unity 4.x programmatically

Sometime by the end of the year or early 2003 I hope to have this chapter completed.  It will cover doing adds/moves/changes/deletes in Unity using SQL stored procedures and ad hoc queries in Unity 4.0.  Programming examples in VB will be provided and I'll have links to complete VB projects that can be downloaded and used out here.

Advanced Unity TSP/MIU diagnostics

Erich von Norman wrote a very detailed overview of the MIU (Media Interface Unit) diagnostics that can be used in troubleshooting Unity integration problems with TAPI and Call Manager in the field.  This is "black belt" level troubleshooting stuff... excellent information.

Troubleshooting VPIM Transport

Keith Chambers wrote a chapter titled "Understanding, Installing and Troubleshooting the VPIM Transport Event Sink" for the upcoming Unity 4.x book - this is a draft of that chapter.
