Unity Support
Forum - the Unity forum moved on Friday, June 14th to the new NetPro
site within Cisco. If you have questions about Unity, switch integrations,
IP stuff or the like, head out to the Unity Forums and post it there. We
work hard to get accurate answers to your questions quickly. You can
expect a reply in most cases in under 24 hours, usually much faster than that.
Unity
Download Page on CCO. You can download versions of Unity, the
Unity Bridge, VMO, the Voice Connector, the Cisco Unity TSP and online help
files here. You need to have a CCO account to access this page by the
way. The Versions of Unity you download from here can be installed without
a secruity key or license file but they are limited (i.e. max of 10 users,
limited message length time etc... to make sure they're not used in a production
environment). If you want to request a timeout license with full
functionality, you can do so at the Software
Center's web site. You can also get an instant 60 or 90 license by
just providing your MAC address right from this
CCO site. Be aware, however, that you can't get more than one of these 60/90
"instant" licenses for a single MAC address off that site. In a
jam, however, it's real handy. If you have a system that's already had one
of these licenses you'll need to go through the Software Center's site to get
another one.
New
Documentation Links - This is where all the tech tips, white papers,
unity docs, and all that good stuff can be found on the new Cisco.com site
pages - everything's grouped together. Unity and Unity Connection docs
are found under the "Unified Communications Applications" section
in the lower right.
Bug Search Web
Page. External folks can search the DDTS database for bugs here.
You can either enter an ID of a known bug to look at it's release notes or you
can choose a product and search for strings in the description of the bug
itself. You need to have a CCO account to access this site.
