Details:

The ZIP file contains Sample of Notification Templates. Administrator can use these sample templates to create new HTML Notification Templates by modifying the content or can be used as it is. Following are few guidelines and steps for how to use these sample Notification Templates. .

Some guidelines to use the templates provided

  • There are total five sample HTML notification templates are provided.
  • HTML notification template content and the required images are provided in respective folders.
  • Notification templates with images requires extra configurations for the images to be displayed in actual e-mail notification. For the configurations, please refer user manual.

Steps to follow

  •  Create notification template
  1. Goto CUCA -> Templates -> Notification Templates -> Notification Templates
  2. Click on 'Add New'
  3. Specify a display name
  4. Copy the content of <filename>.html (provided in sample templates) and paste the content in the text area provided.
  5. Save the template.
  • Create custom graphics
  1. Goto CUCA -> Templates -> Notification Templates -> Custom Graphics
  2. Click on 'Add New'
  3. Specify a display name, same as the name of the image provided in sample templates
  4.   Eg: If image name is 'BACK2.png', then provide display name as 'BACK2'.
  5. Browse the respective image file provided in sample templates
  6. Save graphics
  7. Repeat above steps for all the images provided for a template.
  • Check preview of notification template
  1. Goto CUCA -> Templates -> Notification Templates -> Notification Templates
  2. click the template created in step 1)
  3. Click on 'Preview'. A new window opens up and the actual look and feel of the template is displayed.
